Goals are central to the game of football, it’s literally the aim of the game. We want to capture some of the most iconic goals ever scored by drawing reference to them on the very ball that hit the back of the net. Basing illustrations on football cliches, we visualise goals through illustrated idioms that describe the type of goal scored. Follow the constantly growing series below:
private commissions
A small number of private commissions are now available. You supply the ball, give us the subject matter and we’ll do the rest. Whether it be to commemorate your favourite team, player or season, or as a gift to your local club, family member or friend, a hand illustrated football is the ultimate bespoke gift. All balls will be supplied with a gift box and ball stand.
